Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or subscriptions. You can cancel a booking before the vendor is dispatched at no cost. If a job is already in progress, cancellation is handled through Anna.I mediation to ensure fair treatment for both parties.

Every vendor passes background checks and identity verification before joining the network. Performance is tracked over time through longitudinal scoring — not just one-off star ratings. Vendors who consistently deliver well get more jobs; vendors who do not are removed from the network.

Yes. Anna.I remembers which vendors you liked and which preferences matter to you. If a vendor did great work, Anna.I prioritises matching them to your future bookings in the same category — subject to their availability.
