We use your data to: match you with vetted vendors, schedule and coordinate jobs, hold payment in escrow and release on verification, remember your preferences across bookings, and resolve disputes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@annai.sg. Transaction records are retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
