Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By registering for or using Anna.I, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Anna.I provides a coordination platform connecting households with vetted service vendors in Singapore.
2. Escrow payments
Payment for each job is held in escrow before work begins. Payment is released to the vendor only when the job is verified complete via photo proof. If a dispute arises, Anna.I mediates and may withhold payment pending resolution.
3. Vendor obligations
Vendors must complete jobs as quoted, upload photo proof of completion, and maintain the standards expected of a vetted network member. Anna.I may remove vendors from the network for repeated failures, no-shows, or misconduct.
4. Household obligations
Households must provide accurate home access information, approve quoted prices before work begins, and release escrow promptly upon verified completion. Abuse of the dispute system may result in account suspension.
5. Liability
Anna.I is a coordination platform, not the service provider. Vendors are independent contractors responsible for their own work. Anna.I's liability is limited to the coordination fee charged for the job.
